September 12th Worship

After making some calls and talking with leaders of the church, I have made the decision....there will be no in person worship this Sunday.

As of now in Dickenson County, we have over 100 people in isolation with positive test results of Covid-19. I just cannot with good faith, subject anyone to the possibility of being exposed to this virus by attending in person worship.

I know that most of us have been vaccinated; and most of us want to attend church. But it only takes one to expose all of us, and then we carry it to family and friends. We may not get sick, but we can infect many others and someone might die from that exposure. I'm sure that none of us want that.

We will be looking at the numbers weekly. We may be back next week, but it all depends on how many are still in isolation.

We will be live on Facebook at 9AM on Sunday morning. I am doing it early, but as you know it will be there for you when you are ready to have church at your home.

I love all of you and I am doing what I think I need to do to protect us all. Please continue to pray for our nation and our community during this time.

God Bless each of you! Pastor Mark
